What forms of payment do you accept?

Customers may check out with all major credit and debit cards.

SexLikeDiamonds accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, as well as the mobile wallet Apple Pay. We are unable to accept ACH direct debit, checks, cash or money orders.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Orders received by 11AM MST (10AM CST) Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by SexLikeDiamonds or our shipping partners.

USPS, FedEx or UPS do not guarantee delivery around holidays or in the case of bad weather. Please note that the shipping options you choose take effect on the day the item ships, not the day you order.

We cannot control delivery errors, especially if your address is incorrect, or not 100% complete.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within five days of shipment but be aware that this can vary depending on the country. Orders shipped outside of the USA can take up to 10-15 days for delivery.

Check the status of your delivery using the tracking information we send via email once the parcel is shipped. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or phone.

Can I make changes to my order?

Generally speaking, no. Once an order's status is "Processed" it is very difficult to make changes, especially if it has been in the system for 12 hours or more. Orders move very quickly through the warehouse system, even on the weekends. Please contact us immediately via e-mail at service@sexlikediamonds.com. Sending us an email or using the contact form is the fastest way to contact us.

We are unable to add any items to an existing order.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail at service@sexlikediamonds.com. Sending us an email or using the contact form is the fastest way to contact us. However, in most instances, your order is processed the same day, so you receive it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been processed/or shipped. Please order carefully.


I placed an order for an item and am now being told it is out of stock.

We have access to several warehouses and vendors across the country. Often if something is not in stock in our main warehouse, we are still able to source it elsewhere and fill your order. If there is ever an instance when your order cannot be filled, we will contact you with available alternatives, or we may suggest another product. On occasion, an item is just not available from any of our sources either because of a production issue or a discontinuation. In these cases, we will notify you immediately and refund your order.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns; nor will we exchange a product unless the item is defective. If you encounter manufacturer defects, please contact us. Consumer preference or satisfaction is not considered for return or credit.

 Please note that to ensure the safety and health of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once items leave our warehouse, they are considered to be used and non-resalable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product we sell.

What are your shipping charges?

USPS flat rate of $4.99 will be applied to all domestic orders.

International shipping outside the United States will incur a flat rate of $35.We support state, province, city, and postal code-specific shipping options for the following countries:

  • Ireland

  • New Zealand

  • Norway

  • Spain

  • Sweden

  • United Kingdom

 International shoppers in some countries may be charged additional fees by their banks.

Please ask about custom orders shipped to the country not listed above. We will do our best to accommodate you and your preferences. (Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions).

Do you ship discretely? What will appear on the return address?

We respect your privacy! Package contents or our website address are not disclosed on the box. All of our packages are shipped in either plain brown boxes or standard issued packaging from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Return address is nondescript and displayed as SLD. Also, no catalogs will be mailed to your home.

NOTE: International shipments may include a customs declaration.

What are your billing FAQs?

When you place an order with us, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you with details of the order you have made. As soon as your order is dispatched, a second confirmation e-mail is sent to you indicating that your order is now in its way to you.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation/dispatch emails?

If you have not received these e-mails, it is possible they may have been caught in your spam mail folder. Check through your spam mail and see if your confirmation e-mails have appeared there.  You can then adjust ensure that they come through to you without issue in the future. It is also possible that there may have been an error with your confirmation e-mails not reaching you either because of server issues or problems in transit.

How will the billing/charges appear on my statement?

Charges will appear on your credit card statement with the name Dr. Chelsea Page.

SexLikeDiamonds is an online boutique offered by Dr. Page, Sex & Relationship Therapist and International Sex mentor.  Billing charges will appear in her name, as this is the legal entity under which we operate.

Is my information secure?

Yes. We do not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party, and will never do so without your permission. This includes any e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that you provide. When you place an order, your mailing address is for shipping use only.

Will my credit card details be stored?

No. To safeguard your security, SexLikeDiamonds does not store any credit card details. Online purchase transactions will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be completed after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability. We will send you an email if we are unable to complete your order for any reason.

Will I automatically receive emails if I place and order with SexLikeDiamonds?

No. You will only receive emails related to the order you place. If you decide to sign up for our newsletter, you will receive newsletter emails with new product highlights, updates and seasonal discount codes.
